Prepaid, means pay before you go. Customer should purchase water & recharge into meter first before water usage, and it 

will be cut off after credit consumed up.

LAISON STS Prepayment Water Meter Solution, which confirms to Public STS protocol IEC62055-41,51 edition 2, certified by 

STSA (STS Association), aims to assist Water Company to collect Water Revenue Fully and In advance, avoid historical debt, 

thus to reduce Non-revenue Water (NRW) Rate.

The complete solution includes LAISON Smart Water Meter and Hardware & Data Management System (HDMS). It provides 

flexible water purchase ways either at traditional Vending Points or appointed Vendor with Point of Sale (PoS) by Cash, or 

Customer self-service water purchase via E-payment at utmost convenience for end-user. The purchased water credit can be 

transferred to Meter by different ways depening on the wireless comm. Integrated in meter like LoRa, LoRaWAN, GPRS, 

NB-IoT etc.

LAISON Bluetooth STS Prepaid Water Meter is a cost-effective solution for water utility to realize mainly Prepaid function.
By integrating Bluetooth Comm. Module inside, it could realize Meter Recharge & Data Query via AquaCyber APP. on Smart 
Phone. Moreover, Bluetooth CIU is optional for end-users do not have Smart Phone.
